At PackRightNow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and included materials.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
- The item must not fall under any non-returnable category listed below.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return

Please include the following information in your return request:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and any applicable return authorization information.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item, damaged goods, or defective products), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: sales@packrightnow.com
Include photos showing the issue and your order number so we can review the claim quickly and provide a resolution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Perishable goods

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or variation, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time may take up to 10 business days after approval.
- Your financial institution or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
